All NJHS letters for 2012-13 applicants will be distributed Wednesday, April 4. If you went through the evaluation process, you will be notified one way or another with regard to membership.
Congratulations to those students who were selected to become members of Murchison NJHS! The letters you receive include information about the induction ceremony scheduled for Tuesday, April 17 at 6pm. Please complete the blue sheet (included in your acceptance envelope) and turn it in to Ms. Pydyn by Tuesday, April 10.
If you are attending the induction ceremony, please arrive in the foyer near the band hall starting at 5:30 pm. This is a formal ceremony, so please dress accordingly. Boys should wear a shirt with a collar, dress pants, and dress shoes. Girls: dresses, skirts, or dress pants are fine, but please ensure your dresses meet MMS dress code.
The ceremony will be held in the large gym and is expected to last about an hour. Cake and punch will be served after the completion of the ceremony.
To those of you who were not accepted, thank you for going through the process. Should you wish to appeal the Faculty Council's decision, you may do so within five days. Instructions for appeal are listed in your letter. Thank you and good luck.
